Attijariwafa bank Egypt launches new savings vehicles to support small and medium-sized enterprises
Attijariwafa bank Egypt has announced the launch of a new savings product under the name "Wafa Business Plus TDs," specifically designed to meet the financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Egyptian market.
This step comes as part of the bank's efforts to provide flexible banking solutions that help business owners better manage their cash liquidity. These new deposits are distinguished by offering a competitive monthly return, while providing flexible timeframes that suit the various plans of companies.
The bank clarified that these deposits are available exclusively in Egyptian pounds, which enhances support for the local currency in the banking sector. The bank requires a minimum threshold of one million Egyptian pounds to open the deposit and benefit from this service.
This initiative is part of the bank's strategy to promote financial inclusion and support the SME sector, which is considered one of the fundamental pillars of the Egyptian economy. These savings vehicles aim to provide a safe and stable investment tool for business owners in light of current economic changes.
