Both sides also underscored the importance of preserving the unity and territorial integrity of Libya, and rejected any foreign interference that might hinder the path toward stability. The official spokesperson indicated that Egypt will continue its efforts to bridge the views between the various Libyan parties, with the aim of reaching purely national solutions.
