Swedish Ambassador visited Kuopio
The Swedish Ambassador to Finland, Peter Ericson, visited Kuopio at the end of March. The two-day visit was held on March 26–27, during which the Ambassador had the opportunity to explore the city in sunny spring weather.
The purpose of the visit was to strengthen the relations between Sweden and Finland and to get acquainted with local life in Northern Savonia. Kuopio welcomed the Ambassador and introduced its guests to the city's current state and development prospects.
