Finland to send a new defense materiel package to Ukraine
Finland continues its support for Ukraine by sending its 35th defense materiel package to the country. The government's decision is part of Finland's long-term commitment to supporting Ukraine amidst the war.
The value of the new aid package is approximately one million euros. Although the individual package is modest in size, it is a continuation of the extensive aid activities that Finland has conducted since the beginning of Russia's war of aggression.
The total value of the military aid provided by Finland has now risen to approximately 3.6 billion euros. This sum includes a wide range of defense materiel, which has been aimed at strengthening Ukraine's ability to defend itself.
The Finnish government has emphasized that the country intends to support Ukraine for as long as it is necessary. The aid has been a central part of Finland's foreign and security policy in the current global situation.
