Austrian Foreign Minister visits Finland to discuss cooperation
Austrian Foreign Minister Alexander Schallenberg is arriving for an official visit to Finland. The purpose of the visit is to strengthen relations between the two countries and discuss current international issues.
Relations between Finland and Austria have traditionally been good. During this visit, the ministers will focus specifically on the European security situation, which has changed significantly in recent years. Economic cooperation and trade between the countries are also important topics for discussion.
In addition, the meeting will address current European Union affairs. Finland and Austria share many common goals within the union, and the close dialogue between the countries aims to promote joint solutions regarding, among other things, energy policy and competitiveness.
