Emirates to launch direct flights to Helsinki – aiming for tourism growth
Airline Emirates and Visit Finland have signed a new cooperation agreement. The purpose of the agreement is to increase international tourism to Finland and strengthen Finland's visibility globally.
As part of this cooperation, Emirates will launch direct flights between Helsinki and Dubai in October. The new route will connect Finland to the airline's extensive global network, making travel to Finland easier for many distant markets.
According to Visit Finland, the cooperation is a significant step in the development of the Finnish tourism industry. The companies believe that the direct flight connection will attract even more tourists to Finland, especially from Asia and the Middle East.
The new flight route also offers Finnish travelers new opportunities to reach destinations around the world more easily. The cooperation is expected to bring positive effects to the entire Finnish tourism industry and strengthen the country's position as an international travel destination.
