France National Team: Zinedine Zidane soon to lead Les Bleus
The French football world is preparing for a historic turning point. According to several sports sources, Didier Deschamps' departure from the position of head coach of the French national team is now confirmed. After several years at the helm of Les Bleus, the French coach is expected to step down in the coming weeks.
The name of his successor is no longer in doubt. Zinedine Zidane, a French football legend and former Real Madrid manager, is the chosen candidate to take the reins of the national team. This appointment is eagerly awaited by many supporters who hope to see the former playmaker bring a new dynamic to the team.
The official date for this handover of power has already been set by the French Football Federation. While the details of the contract remain confidential, the announcement is expected to be made very soon during a press conference held at the Federation's headquarters.
This change marks the end of an era defined by numerous successes, including the victory at the 2018 World Cup. The arrival of Zinedine Zidane now opens a new chapter for Les Bleus, with the next major international competitions firmly in sight.
