Mut-Tour in Lübeck: A sign for mental health
The so-called "Mut-Tour" (Courage Tour) is currently making a stop in Lübeck. In this project, participants are actively working to strengthen mental health in Germany. The goal of the campaign is to create more awareness for this important topic and to promote open dialogue within society.
A central point of the initiative is the fight against the stigmatization of people with mental illnesses. Many affected individuals often feel marginalized in everyday life or are afraid to talk about their problems. Through their presence, the participants of the Mut-Tour want to show that mental health affects everyone and that no one should be left alone with their worries.
The tour takes participants through various cities across Germany. They often use bicycles or other means of transport to engage in conversation with local people. Through these personal encounters, the aim is to increase understanding of mental health crises and break down prejudices.
The project makes an important contribution to bringing the topic out of the taboo zone. By sharing their own experiences and providing information about support services, the participants encourage other people to seek help as well. The Mut-Tour reminds us how important mutual consideration and support are for a healthy community.
