Dresden-based start-up wins PropTech Innovation Challenge 2026
The young company "Soul of Concrete" from Dresden has achieved a significant success. The start-up won this year's "PropTech Innovation Challenge 2026," which was organized by the Urban Land Institute in Germany.
The competition recognizes innovative solutions intended to transform the real estate industry. "PropTech" stands for "Property Technology" and describes new digital technologies that make the construction, management, or use of buildings more efficient and sustainable.
The jury selected the Dresden-based company because its concept was particularly convincing. With this award, the Urban Land Institute promotes new ideas to overcome the challenges facing the German real estate industry. These include, among other things, topics such as climate protection and the digitalization of construction processes.
For the team at "Soul of Concrete," this victory is an important validation of their work. The prize is intended to help the company further develop its technological solutions and increase its visibility. Such awards show that Germany is a growing hub for innovative real estate technologies.
