UNI-PHARMA and InterMed support the "Greece Race for the Cure"
UNI-PHARMA and InterMed have announced their participation as official sponsors of this year's "Greece Race for the Cure." This is one of the most significant athletic and social events in Greece, which has as its primary goal to raise public awareness about breast cancer.
The "Greece Race for the Cure" takes place every year and brings together thousands of runners who run or walk to support women fighting their own battle with the disease. Support from major pharmaceutical companies helps strengthen the work of the Panhellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer "Alma Zois."
Representatives of the companies stated that they are particularly proud to support this effort. This initiative is part of their corporate social responsibility framework, aiming to promote prevention and early diagnosis, which are the most powerful weapons against cancer.
The event is not just a race, but a celebration of life and hope. Through their participation, runners send a powerful message of solidarity to all women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer, showing them that they are not alone on this journey.
This year's participation is expected to be particularly high, with many employees from the companies preparing to put on their running shoes. This action highlights the importance of cooperation between the private sector and patient associations for a better future in healthcare.
