Chinese electric vehicle brand Avatr is coming to Greece in 2027
A significant new arrival in the automotive sector is expected for the Greek market. The premium Chinese electric vehicle brand Avatr is set to begin its operations in Greece in 2027, through its partnership with the company Autohellas.
Avatr is a joint venture between three major technological giants: the automaker Changan, the battery manufacturer CATL, and the technology giant Huawei. This collaboration combines vehicle manufacturing expertise with advanced software technology and efficient batteries.
The models expected to take center stage in the company's range are the Avatr 07L and 06T. These vehicles stand out for their 800V technology, which allows for very fast charging, as well as for the sophisticated driver assistance systems they incorporate.
With this move, Autohellas is strengthening its portfolio with high-tech electric vehicles, responding to the constantly increasing demand for sustainable mobility. Greek consumers will have the opportunity to experience the new models up close in about three years, when the brand officially makes its debut in our country.
