Changes to Xbox: Time limits on cloud gaming
Microsoft has announced significant changes for subscribers of its Xbox Game Pass service. From now on, players who use the cloud gaming service will face new time limits on their use of the platform.
Specifically, holders of a Game Pass Premium account, who pay a monthly subscription fee of $14.99 (approximately 12.88 euros), will now have 10 hours of cloud gaming available per month. This decision represents a significant change from the previous system, where usage was unlimited.
This move by Microsoft directly affects users around the world, including those in Greece, who choose to play their favorite games over the internet without downloading them to their device. The company has not yet clarified whether there will be additional options for those who wish to increase their playtime.
Users are being asked to adapt to the new situation, as the gaming industry continues to change its policies regarding digital services. Subscribers should monitor the company's official announcements for any further updates regarding the service's terms of use.
