Nikos Androulakis prioritizes public health and education
The president of PASOK-Movement for Change, Nikos Androulakis, recently presented his key programmatic positions, placing particular emphasis on the sectors of public health and education. According to his statements, these sectors constitute the pillars for the country's social development.
A central point of his plan is the rebirth of the National Health System (ESY). Mr. Androulakis underscored the need for a radical reorganization of Primary Health Care so that it is more effective for citizens throughout Greece.
At the same time, the PASOK leader emphasized prevention, proposing the implementation of national free screening programs. The goal is to better safeguard citizens' health and reduce inequalities in access to medical services.
These proposals come at a time when the public debate regarding the state of public infrastructure in Greece remains intense. In the coming period, it remains to be seen how the political dialogue surrounding these commitments will take shape.
