National record for the Greek swimming team in Paris
The Greek swimming delegation participated with great effort in the European Championship currently being held in Paris. Our athletes competed in the 4x100m medley relay, giving their best for a spot in the event's grand final.
Despite their excellent performance, the Greek team ultimately did not manage to qualify for the final. The competition was particularly high, as top athletes from all over Europe participated.
However, the Greek team's presence was accompanied by a significant success. The swimmers achieved a new national record in the event, demonstrating the high level of their preparation and their talent.
This performance marks a significant moment for Greek swimming, despite the elimination from the remainder of the competition. The experience from such a major event in Paris is invaluable for the athletes ahead of their next international challenges.
