Russia: Hundreds of Ukrainian drones intercepted in 13 hours
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today an extensive air defense operation to counter Ukrainian attacks. According to official sources, Russian forces faced a large number of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) targeting various parts of the country.
Reports indicate that anti-aircraft units managed to intercept a total of 339 drones within a period of just 13 hours. This number is particularly high and demonstrates the intensity of the air operations being conducted in the region recently.
The ministry, in an official post on the Telegram platform, explained that these attacks were not limited to a single location. Instead, interceptions took place across 13 different regions of Russia. Local authorities are monitoring the situation for any damage or injuries that may have been caused by debris.
