The 90th Thessaloniki International Fair has begun with the presence of the Prime Minister
The 90th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF) has begun with the official presence of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. Mr. Mitsotakis arrived at the exhibition grounds shortly before 10:00 a.m., marking the start of this year's event.
During his visit, the Prime Minister toured the exhibition stands, where he had the opportunity to speak with exhibitors and citizens. The atmosphere was particularly vibrant, as the TIF serves every year as a central meeting point for the country's economic and political life.
At the stands visited by Mr. Mitsotakis, a variety of activities and products were presented. Among other things, the Prime Minister saw technological innovations up close, such as a Formula car, and sampled local products, such as traditional retsina. Additionally, he received symbolic gifts from the Apollon Kalamarias team.
The 90th TIF is expected to host a multitude of businesses and organizations from Greece and abroad. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in technology, culture, and entrepreneurship, reinforcing Thessaloniki's role as a hub of extroversion.
The exhibition will remain open to the public for the coming days, offering an important opportunity for networking and the exchange of ideas. The government's presence underscores the importance placed on the development of Northern Greece and the strengthening of the economy through such major events.
