Digital transformation for the Ministry of Health's real estate
A significant digitization project is underway for the Ministry of Health, aimed at better managing its real estate assets. The Qualco Group has undertaken the implementation of this major project, which is expected to change the way the state records and utilizes the buildings and land it possesses.
The project has a total budget of nearly 10 million euros and its duration is set at 24 months. Furthermore, there is the possibility of extending the agreement with an option of up to 5 million euros, depending on the needs that arise during the process.
The company's main mission is the digital mapping of all the Ministry's properties. Through the use of modern technological tools, the Ministry of Health will gain a complete and updated view of its assets, which will facilitate decision-making and the improvement of health infrastructure in the country.
This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Greek public sector to digitally modernize its services. Upon completion of the project, the management of public real estate will become more efficient, transparent, and citizen-friendly.
