Significant partnership in the technology sector: Pollux Tech selects Prisma Electronics for the manufacturing of new security systems
A significant business agreement was recently announced in the Greek technology sector. The deep-tech startup Pollux Tech has selected the Greek company Prisma Electronics for the manufacturing of the first prototypes of the ASOS system.
The ASOS system, which stands for "Autonomous System of Overboard Safety," represents an innovative solution for enhancing safety in the shipping industry. This technology aims to immediately detect and respond to incidents where a person falls overboard from a vessel.
The selection of Prisma Electronics for the production of the prototypes serves as a vote of confidence in the Greek high-tech industry. Prisma Electronics possesses extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of electronic systems, making it an ideal partner for such a demanding project.
This collaboration is expected to accelerate the system's development process, bringing Pollux Tech one step closer to the commercial launch of its technology. Prototype testing will determine if the system is ready for widespread implementation on ships, offering greater safety to passengers and crews.
This development highlights the momentum building within the technology sector in Greece, with companies collaborating to create solutions that have a global impact. The success of such initiatives strengthens our country's presence on the map of innovation and maritime safety.
