The new CAP focuses on strengthening the competitiveness of Greek products, as well as adopting more environmentally friendly practices. These investments are considered necessary for the viability of agricultural holdings and the maintenance of productive activity in the Greek regions.
The details regarding the method of resource allocation and the priorities to be set will be specified in the coming period. Through this long-term planning, the government seeks to ensure stability and growth for the country's agricultural community, while simultaneously strengthening the agricultural economy for the next decade.
