Greece Race for the Cure® returns in 2026
The well-known athletic and social event Greece Race for the Cure® has announced its return for the 18th consecutive year. The event, which aims to inform and raise awareness about breast cancer, has now become an important institution for Greek society.
The events are scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, 2026. As every year, the starting point for runners and walkers will be Pedion tou Areos in Athens, a space that traditionally hosts this great celebration of life.
Registration for this year's event is already open, giving all interested parties the opportunity to sign up in time. The organizers invite the public to support the effort by participating in either the race or the walk, thereby reinforcing the message of prevention.
