New high-end residential project in Thessaloniki
The real estate development company DIMAND has announced a significant partnership for its new project in Thessaloniki, known as "FIX Residences." The company has entrusted the exclusive sale of the luxury residences to the Greece Sotheby’s International Realty office, which specializes in high-value properties.
The project involves the construction of a modern nine-story building, which will consist of 95 private residences. The total area of the building is expected to reach 19,800 square meters, offering future owners modern amenities and high aesthetics.
In addition to the residences, the building will feature 134 parking spaces, solving a significant problem for residents of the city center. The project's location is considered strategic, as it is situated in one of the most central points of Thessaloniki, combining access to the market with the comfort of modern living.
This investment is part of a broader effort to upgrade the residential landscape in the co-capital. With the completion of the project, the area is expected to gain a new attraction, strengthening the local real estate market and offering new housing options for citizens.
