Significant change in the Hungarian leasing market: OTP Group acquires Business Lease Hungary
An important business announcement has been made in the Hungarian financial sector: Merkantil Bank, part of the OTP Group, has signed an agreement for the full acquisition of Business Lease Hungary Kft. As part of the transaction, the bank will acquire 100 percent of the company's shares.
Business Lease Hungary is a well-known player in the Hungarian operational leasing and fleet management market. The company's main profile is the long-term rental of vehicles and the provision of related services, with which they have been serving a stable client base for years.
