Hungarian Divide starts on June 19th: a new chapter in the world of domestic cycling adventures
One of this year's most exciting domestic sporting events, the Hungarian Divide, kicks off on June 19th. Over the past few years, the race has become one of the most defining events for bikepacking and ultra-distance cycling in Hungary, attracting more athletes year after year.
This year, the organizers are preparing an innovation: the Hungarian Divide is continuing the story of domestic adventure cycling in collaboration with Tour Horizont. This partnership opens up new horizons for participants and could make long-distance cycling touring even more popular in Hungary.
The uniqueness of the race lies in the fact that participants must complete the designated route in a self-supported manner. Cyclists will need not only physical endurance but also navigation skills and problem-solving abilities on the varied terrain.
The organizers' goal is for athletes to discover Hungary's most beautiful landscapes while testing their own limits. This year's route has been designed to provide a perfect balance of nature exploration and sporting experience for the competitors.
The Hungarian Divide is not just a race, but also a community experience that brings together cycling enthusiasts. After the June start, participants can look forward to exciting adventures, and fans can follow the cyclists' performance through the race's official channels.
