Significant EU support arriving for Hungarian businesses
New opportunities are opening up for players in the Hungarian economy: a total of 270 billion forints in EU loan funding is becoming available to domestic companies. The goal of the support program is to help businesses develop and increase their competitiveness in the current economic environment.
The funds will be distributed under the Ábrahám Ganz program. A unique feature of the program is that businesses will not have to pay any interest on the loans taken out, which represents significant relief for companies planning investments.
The preferential loan program will be widely available: everyone from the smallest micro-enterprises to medium-sized companies can apply for the support. This broad access is expected to enable many businesses to carry out technological developments or capacity expansions.
Further information regarding the details of the program is expected in the coming weeks. According to experts, this support package is an important step toward strengthening the Hungarian SME sector and could contribute to sustaining economic growth.
