The unique BMW Art Cars collection is on a world tour
The BMW Art Cars collection has recently achieved tremendous success at BMW Welt in Munich. The exhibition, which showcases the unique encounter between automobiles and fine art, attracted more than 120,000 visitors to the German headquarters. The popularity of the exhibition clearly shows that there is great interest worldwide in these artistically transformed vehicles.
The collection, however, will not remain in Munich, as the special cars have embarked on a world tour. The organizers' goal is to present these unique creations, which represent a blend of technology and creativity, in as many countries as possible. The next stops on the tour include Romania, and they will also return to Stockholm.
Among the exhibited pieces, Alexander Calder's trendsetting four-wheeler stands out as one of the most important works in the collection. These cars are not just means of transport, but also moving works of art designed by renowned international artists over the past decades. Visitors can learn about the details as part of the RAD Art exhibition.
Although the tour is currently focusing on neighboring countries, the BMW Art Cars series is constantly expanding and changing. For fans and art lovers, this is an exceptional opportunity to see the most exciting encounters between vehicle design and contemporary fine art in person.
