Nominees for this year's Prima Primissima Award announced
As one of the most prestigious events in Hungarian cultural life, the list of nominees for this year's Prima Primissima Award was made public in recent days. The recognition is awarded each year to outstanding professionals who have contributed significantly to the development of Hungarian science, art, culture, and sports through their work.
This year, professionals were nominated in ten different categories, including Hungarian literature, science, education, and folk art. The list of nominees reflects the diversity of Hungarian intellectual life, as recognized experts from all parts of the country have been selected.
The Prima Primissima Award was founded in 2003 with the aim of recognizing and supporting the achievements of the Hungarian intelligentsia. The founders consider it important that the awardees serve as role models for younger generations and draw attention to the importance of high-quality professional work.
The final winners will be decided by the board of trustees and the public in the coming weeks. The award ceremony is traditionally held at the end of the year, where, in addition to the best in each category, the winners of the audience award will also receive their honors.
This event is not only a great honor for the awardees, but it also carries an important message for Hungarian society: the appreciation of knowledge and talent is our common interest.
