Pécs medical student team finishes in second place at the Medical Cup
The 53rd Medical Cup was held between April 9 and 11, with the city of Pécs serving as this year's host. At the prestigious sporting event, students from the country's medical universities competed against each other in various sports.
The team from the host institution, the University of Pécs Medical School, performed excellently in the competition. Competing on home turf, the students ultimately stood on the second step of the podium, achieving a distinguished result in the long-standing sports tournament.
Participants from Budapest, Szeged, and Debrecen also arrived at the event to test their skills. The Medical Cup is not only about sports; it also creates an opportunity for networking and community building among medical students.
