Complete change of ownership at a well-known Hungarian company
A significant change has taken place in the domestic business scene: Kata Sarka has exited the company that she previously managed jointly with Cecília Rogán-Szendrei. The ownership structure of the enterprise has been completely transformed as a result.
The process began earlier when Cecília Rogán-Szendrei sold her own stake in the company. Following this, Kata Sarka also decided to divest from her business interest.
According to the company's current situation, the enterprise is now entirely owned by Kata Sarka's husband, István Bessenyei. After purchasing the shares of the business partners, he became the sole owner of the multi-billion forint turnover company.
This change marks the end of the company's previous era, during which the two well-known public figures were jointly involved. The management and ownership of the company are now concentrated exclusively in the hands of István Bessenyei.
