European Rabbit Meat Days to be held for the second time in Hungary
On November 21 and 22, the European Rabbit Meat Days will be held once again in Hungary. This is the second time that our country is joining the international initiative, which aims to promote rabbit meat and change consumption habits.
Although rabbit meat is extremely healthy and nutritious, it is still less popular in Hungary than other types of meat. According to the organizers, the goal of the series of programs is for shoppers to learn about the benefits of rabbit meat and for more of this ingredient to end up on the tables of Hungarian families.
During the event, numerous professional and gastronomic programs await those interested. Participants can gain insight into the processes of rabbit farming and receive useful tips on how to prepare dishes made from rabbit meat simply and deliciously at home.
