Lecturers from Universitas Negeri Malang Introduce Indonesian Language in Thailand
Lecturers from Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) recently conducted an academic visit to Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand, last weekend. This visit aimed to introduce and promote the Indonesian language at an international level.
This activity is part of the university's efforts to expand the reach of the Indonesian language abroad. The university hopes that this step can increase the interest of foreign students in learning Indonesian language and culture more deeply.
While at Thammasat University, the lecturers shared knowledge about the current development of the Indonesian language. They also discussed the potential for educational cooperation between the two institutions for the future.
This initiative was welcomed by the university in Thailand. This cooperation is expected to strengthen diplomatic and cultural relations between Indonesia and Thailand through the world of education.
Moving forward, Universitas Negeri Malang plans to continue conducting similar activities in various other countries. This step serves as tangible proof of Indonesia's commitment to making Indonesian a language that is widely recognized in the international arena.
