Universitas Indonesia Graduates 120 International Students from 21 Countries
Universitas Indonesia (UI) has just celebrated the graduation of 120 international students this year. The graduates come from 21 different countries and have completed various levels of education at the university.
The success of these international students demonstrates Indonesia's appeal as a higher education destination for students from abroad. They have navigated their period of study through various academic and cultural challenges while in the UI campus environment.
During the graduation ceremony, the university gave special appreciation to high-achieving students. Notably, three international students managed to achieve a perfect Grade Point Average (GPA), an accomplishment that is a source of pride for both them and the institution.
The presence of international students at Indonesian universities is expected to strengthen relations between countries. Furthermore, this serves as evidence that the quality of education in Indonesia is increasingly recognized on a global level.
This graduation marks the first step for these students to pursue careers in their home countries or on the international stage. Universitas Indonesia remains committed to opening its doors to students from all over the world to create an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
