BPJS Kesehatan Launches 'Lanuri' Mobile Service at 558 Points Across Indonesia
BPJS Kesehatan has just launched a new program called Lanuri (Mobile Administrative Service). This program was launched simultaneously at 558 points spread across all regions of Indonesia. The main goal of this program is to provide convenience for the public in accessing National Health Insurance (JKN) services.
Until now, many people living in remote areas or regions with difficult geographical conditions have found it challenging to manage health administration. The long distance from the head office or BPJS Kesehatan branch offices is often a major obstacle for them. This condition has made access to health services uneven.
With Lanuri, BPJS Kesehatan officers will directly visit these hard-to-reach locations. This mobile service covers various administrative matters, ranging from new participant registration and member data updates to providing complete information about the JKN program. This allows the public to settle their affairs without having to travel long distances.
The launch at 558 points demonstrates the government's commitment to improving the quality of public services in Indonesia. This program does not only focus on people in big cities but also reaches the remote corners of the country. The government wants to ensure that all citizens receive the same health rights and protection, regardless of where they live.
Innovations like Lanuri are crucial to ensuring the national health system operates more effectively and inclusively. With easier and closer access, it is expected that JKN participation rates will continue to increase. This is a positive step toward a healthier and more prosperous Indonesian society in the future.
