FISIP UNNES Lecturers Enhance Quality of International Scientific Publications
The Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science (FISIP) at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) recently organized a training program titled the Scopus Accelerator Program (SAP). This activity was specifically designed to provide intensive mentoring for lecturers in drafting scientific articles suitable for publication in reputable international journals.
This program serves as a strategic step for the university to boost the research productivity of its teaching staff. Through SAP, lecturers receive technical guidance regarding writing standards, the selection of appropriate journals, and strategies to ensure their scientific work can be indexed in the globally recognized Scopus database.
In addition to providing technical mentoring, this workshop also serves as a discussion forum for academics to share challenges encountered during the publication process. With this support, it is hoped that the quality of scientific writing from within FISIP UNNES will improve and provide a tangible contribution to the development of science on a global scale.
This activity reflects UNNES's commitment to enhancing academic competitiveness on the international stage. The faculty hopes that through this sustainable program, more lecturers will succeed in publishing their research findings, thereby strengthening the university's academic reputation in the eyes of the world.
