Depok City Government Promotes Environmental Cleanliness Program in GDC Area
The Depok City Government is currently focusing on improving cleanliness and tidiness in the Grand Depok City (GDC) area. This step was taken as part of an effort to support the national Indonesia ASRI (Safe, Healthy, Neat, and Beautiful) program, which aims to create a more comfortable living environment for the community.
The Head of the Depok District Attorney's Office (Kajari) has also expressed full support for this initiative. They are encouraging all elements of society and area managers to work together in maintaining the cleanliness of public facilities. The main focus of these activities includes better waste management and the arrangement of public areas to ensure they appear more organized.
In addition to the aspect of cleanliness, the program also emphasizes the importance of civic awareness in maintaining environmental order. The local government hopes that with a clean and well-organized environment, the quality of life for the community in the GDC area and its surroundings will increase significantly.
This activity is expected to serve as an example for other regions in Depok City to continuously maintain environmental cleanliness in a sustainable manner. The government invites all residents to participate actively in maintaining the beauty of the city so that Depok becomes a healthier and more pleasant place to live for everyone.
