Indonesia Strengthens Cultural Cooperation with BRICS Nations
The Indonesian government has just declared its commitment to enhancing cooperation in the cultural sector with BRICS member countries. This step was taken as part of an effort to expand Indonesia's international relations across various strategic sectors, including cultural diplomacy.
This cooperation aims to introduce the richness of Indonesian art and traditions to the global community. Through collaboration with countries such as Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, Indonesia hopes to create a more active cultural exchange that is beneficial to the national creative economy.
In addition to art exchanges, this initiative also covers the fields of education and cultural heritage preservation. The government emphasizes that the introduction of culture is an effective way to build mutual understanding between nations and strengthen diplomatic relations in the future.
Experts assess that Indonesia's involvement in this international forum provides a great opportunity for local artists to perform on the world stage. With support from BRICS member countries, it is hoped that Indonesian cultural products can be more widely recognized and appreciated by the international community.
In conclusion, this step demonstrates Indonesia's active role in strengthening its bargaining position on the global stage through soft diplomacy. The government is committed to continuing to facilitate cultural programs that can strengthen cooperative relations between member countries in the future.
