Indonesia Focuses on Boosting Digital Economy Through Local Talent
The Indonesian government is currently continuing its efforts to drive digital economic growth within the country. This strategic step is being taken as an effort to strengthen Indonesia's position in global economic competition, which is increasingly technology-based.
One of the main keys to achieving this target is the development of human resource capacity. The government realizes that the availability of competent local talent is highly needed to manage and develop various digital innovations in the future.
To support this, various training and education programs in the technology sector continue to be improved. The main focus is to ensure that Indonesia's younger generation possesses skills relevant to the needs of the current digital industry, such as programming, data analysis, and cybersecurity.
The development of local talent is expected to reduce dependence on foreign experts. By having a capable workforce, Indonesia can be more self-reliant in building a strong and sustainable digital ecosystem.
Overall, investment in human resources is a crucial step for Indonesia. With the support of quality local talent, it is hoped that Indonesia's digital economy can continue to grow and provide a positive impact on the welfare of the wider community.
