Capella Ubud Named Among the Best Resorts in Asia for 2026
The Indonesian tourism industry has once again received international recognition. Recently, a list featuring the 15 best resorts in Asia for 2026 was released, and one of Indonesia's pride-worthy destinations successfully secured a top position.
Capella Ubud, located in Bali, has successfully made it onto this prestigious list. The resort is known for its unique design and its location, which blends seamlessly with the tropical rainforest of Ubud. This achievement demonstrates that the quality of service and the natural beauty of Indonesia remain primary attractions for international tourists.
In the list, Capella Ubud stands alongside other luxury resorts from various countries across Asia. The first and second positions are held by resorts from the Maldives, namely Baros Maldives and Joali Maldives. Although the competition is fierce, the achievement of this Bali-based resort proves that Indonesia's tourism standards are capable of competing at a global level.
This award is expected to increase tourist interest in visiting Indonesia. In addition to providing a positive impact on the local economy, this recognition strengthens Bali's position as one of the most popular and high-quality tourist destinations in the world.
Overall, this achievement is good news for Indonesia's hospitality industry. With international recognition such as this, it is hoped that more destinations in Indonesia will continue to improve their service quality to attract more visitors in the future.
