Indonesian Garden: The Largest Taman Indonesia Now Present in France
A garden showcasing the beauty of Indonesian culture has officially opened in France. Named Jardin Indonésien-I Ketut Wirta, this is the largest Indonesian-themed garden in the country.
Visitors to the garden can view various replicas of traditional Indonesian architecture. One of the main attractions featured is the iconic Toraja traditional house with its detailed wood carvings.
In addition to the traditional house, the garden is also equipped with a replica stupa that provides a calm and spiritual atmosphere. The existence of this garden aims to introduce the richness of Indonesian culture and architectural heritage to the international community in Europe.
Jardin Indonésien-I Ketut Wirta serves as a symbol of friendship between Indonesia and France. Through this garden, it is hoped that more foreigners will be interested in learning about the history and unique culture of the archipelago firsthand.
