Indonesia Strengthens AI Technology Cooperation at CAEXPO 2026
Indonesia has once again demonstrated its role on the international stage through its participation in the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) 2026. In this event, Indonesia not only promoted its superior products and national investment opportunities but also focused on the development of future technologies.
One of the main agendas brought forward by Indonesia is the strengthening of collaboration in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Indonesian government views AI technology as a crucial key to increasing the competitiveness of the digital economy in the Southeast Asian region.
Through this strategic partnership, Indonesia hopes to share knowledge and innovation with neighboring countries. The collaboration includes the development of digital infrastructure as well as the wider application of AI technology across various domestic industrial sectors.
Participation in CAEXPO 2026 serves as a concrete step for Indonesia to become a hub for technological innovation in the region. With this cooperation, it is hoped that the technology ecosystem in Indonesia will continue to develop and provide benefits for long-term economic growth.
