Ministry of Health Strengthens National Health Synergy Through Three Main Principles
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia recently held an important meeting titled the 4th Indonesia Health Partners Meeting (IHPM) in Jakarta on Tuesday (9/15/2026). This meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration between the government and various health partners in improving the quality of medical services throughout the country.
During the event, the Ministry of Health introduced three main principles that will serve as a new foundation for managing the health sector: 'One Plan', 'One Budget', and 'One Evaluation'. This strategy is designed to unify planning, budgeting, and evaluation processes to make them more focused and efficient for all parties involved.
The implementation of the 'One Plan' principle is expected to align national health targets so that there is no overlap of programs in the field. Meanwhile, 'One Budget' aims to ensure transparency and the effectiveness of health fund utilization so that it is accurately targeted for the people who need it.
The final principle, 'One Evaluation', will function as an integrated monitoring system. With a uniform evaluation, the government can easily measure the success of health programs periodically and make improvements if obstacles are found in the field.
This step demonstrates the government's commitment to creating a more solid and integrated health system. It is hoped that strong synergy between the Ministry of Health and its partners can accelerate the achievement of national health targets for the welfare of all Indonesian people.
