University of Lampung Students Provide Mental Health Education at SDN 1 Sukanegara
Students from the University of Lampung have just carried out a community service activity at SDN 1 Sukanegara. This program focused on introducing the concept of the "Art of Mental Health" to elementary school students.
This activity aimed to increase children's awareness regarding the importance of maintaining mental well-being from an early age. Through a creative approach, the students helped the children understand how to manage their emotions and feelings in their daily lives.
In addition to mental health education, this activity was also part of community assistance efforts in preparation for the 80th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The students also assisted local residents in planning the series of upcoming independence celebration events.
This collaboration between the university and the school is expected to have a positive impact on the educational environment in Sukanegara. With a good understanding of mental health, the students are expected to grow into a healthier and more resilient generation.
This activity serves as tangible proof of the active role students play in contributing directly to society. It is hoped that similar programs can continue to support the mental well-being of children in various regions across Indonesia.
