Ministry of Health Strengthens National Health Synergy Through Three Main Principles
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia recently held an important meeting titled the 4th Indonesia Health Partners Meeting (IHPM) in Jakarta on Tuesday (9/15/2026). This meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation between the government and various health partners in improving the quality of medical services throughout the country.
During the event, the Ministry of Health introduced three main principles that will serve as guidelines for the implementation of future health programs. These principles are One Plan, One Budget, and One Evaluation. This step was taken to ensure that every health program runs more effectively and is precisely targeted.
The implementation of these principles is expected to align various health activities in Indonesia to prevent overlap. With an integrated plan and budget, central and regional governments can work more efficiently in managing available health resources.
Furthermore, a single evaluation system will make it easier for the government to monitor public health developments nationally. Accurate data from this evaluation will later be used as a basis for making better health policies for all Indonesian citizens.
This IHPM meeting serves as proof of the government's commitment to improving the national health system. It is hoped that with stronger synergy between the government and health partners, access to and the quality of health services for the Indonesian people will continue to improve in the future.
