TVRI Jambi and IPK Indonesia Collaborate to Improve Mental Health Education
TVRI Jambi has established a strategic partnership with the Indonesian Clinical Psychologists Association (IPK) Jambi chapter to increase public awareness regarding mental health. This step was taken as a concrete effort to provide accurate and educational information to the public.
In this collaboration, TVRI Jambi is providing broadcast space as well as various digital media platforms that they own. These facilities will be used by clinical psychologists to deliver educational materials, tips on maintaining mental health, and ways to handle daily psychological issues.
TVRI Jambi stated that media plays an important role in spreading positive messages. By utilizing their wide broadcast reach, it is hoped that the public in Jambi and its surrounding areas can more easily access credible and reliable mental health information.
This partnership also aims to reduce the negative stigma associated with mental health in society. Through regular discussions and educational programs, it is hoped that the public will become more open and courageous in seeking professional help when facing psychological pressure.
This educational program is expected to be an initial step for the public to care more about their own mental health and that of those around them. This collaboration between the media and experts is planned to continue in order to create a more mentally healthy society.
