Indonesian Diversity Service Foundation Holds Free Health Services at Sam Poo Kong
The Indonesian Diversity Service Foundation (YBKI) will hold an event titled "Bakti Indonesia: Social Charity Movement in Indonesia's Diversity." This event is scheduled to take place over three days, from September 6 to 8, 2024, at the Sam Poo Kong Temple religious tourism site in Semarang.
This activity aims to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood among citizens through social action. The main focus of this event is the provision of free health services for the general public. In addition to health check-ups, the committee is also providing various other forms of social assistance to help residents in need.
Beyond social action, the event will also feature a national dialogue. This session is designed to discuss the importance of maintaining harmony and tolerance amidst the diversity of Indonesian society. Community leaders and representatives from various elements of the nation are scheduled to attend to share their views on national unity.
The selection of the Sam Poo Kong Temple as the location is intended to serve as a symbol of cultural and religious diversity in Indonesia. The organizers invite the people of Semarang and its surrounding areas to participate actively in this series of events to support the creation of a more harmonious social environment.
This activity is expected to provide a tangible positive impact on public health and strengthen national values. YBKI is committed to continuing its mission of carrying out inclusive social work for all levels of society across various regions in Indonesia.
