New Charity Races Launched at Leopardstown to Support Children’s Hospice
Broadcaster Ray D’Arcy has officially launched a new running event to support LauraLynn, Ireland’s children’s hospice. The event will feature both 5K and 10K races, giving participants the chance to run for a meaningful cause.
The races are scheduled to take place at the Leopardstown Racecourse in Dublin on October 10. Organisers are encouraging people of all fitness levels to sign up and take part in the challenge to help raise vital funds for children with life-limiting conditions.
LauraLynn provides essential care and support to children and their families across Ireland. The money raised from this event will go directly towards maintaining the hospice’s specialised services, which include palliative care and family support programmes.
Registration for the races is now open to the public. By participating, runners will not only be improving their own health but also contributing to a significant effort to improve the quality of life for children in need of specialist care throughout the country.
