Extensive search for a young Haredi man who went missing on his way from Tiberias to Safed
The Israel Police have been conducting extensive searches over the last few days for a young Haredi man whose tracks disappeared at the beginning of the week. The young man was last seen on Monday, when he left the city of Tiberias on his way toward the city of Safed.
Security forces, along with numerous volunteers from rescue units, are scanning the areas between the two cities. The searches are focusing on open terrain and side roads where the young man might have passed. The police are utilizing advanced technological means and tracking dogs to try and locate a lead that will lead to finding him.
The young man's family has appealed to the public for urgent assistance. They are calling on anyone who has seen the young man or has any information about his whereabouts to contact the police emergency hotline at 100 immediately. The police have released a description of the young man and are asking residents in the northern region to remain vigilant.
As of now, the police have not yet managed to reach a significant breakthrough in the investigation. Rescue forces continue to operate in the field despite the complex terrain conditions, and emphasize that every piece of information could be critical to saving the young man's life.
