US Report: Iran Used Data from Chinese Satellites to Attack American Base
U.S. officials report that Iran received high-resolution satellite imagery from sources in China. According to the report, this intelligence helped Iran plan and execute the attack against an American military base in Jordan.
The images provided by the Chinese allowed Iran to scout the American base before the attack, as well as to view the results afterward. This involves advanced technological data that enables high precision in military operations, a matter that is raising significant concern in Washington.
This revelation comes at a very sensitive time in international relations. The U.S. administration is currently examining the connection between China and Iran's military activities in the Middle East, and it is possible that this will impact planned diplomatic meetings between the leaders of the superpowers.
Security officials note that the use of foreign satellite technology for the purpose of attacking American forces is a significant development. This situation could lead to growing tensions between the United States and China, as it constitutes indirect assistance for operations against American soldiers in the region.
As of now, the U.S. administration continues to investigate the full details of the incident. This report highlights the complexity of the security landscape in the Middle East and the involvement of global powers in local conflicts.
