Surprising boxing match at London Underground station
A passenger waiting for a train at the busy Oxford Circus station in London encountered a particularly unusual and amusing sight. While waiting on the platform, she noticed two small rodents that began behaving in an unconventional manner in front of passersby.
The two rodents stood on their hind legs and began exchanging blows with each other, just like in a professional boxing match. Witnesses to the event were stunned to see the small animals fighting with such determination, which led many to jokingly dub one of the rodents the "Mike Tyson of rodents."
Videos of the event spread quickly on social media and received numerous reactions from around the world. Many people expressed amazement at the almost human-like behavior of the rodents, which looked as if they were training for a real ring match in the heart of the bustling station.
Although it was an amusing incident, nature experts note that this is natural behavior for rodents trying to defend their territory or demonstrate dominance. The case reminds us that even in the heart of the largest and most modern cities, nature always manages to surprise us in unexpected ways.
