The Ministry of Tourism launches a new high-tech community to promote the tourism industry in Israel
The Israeli Ministry of Tourism launched "Travel Innovation.il" this morning, a new community designed for high-tech companies operating in the tourism sector. The main event took place at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv, with the participation of industry leaders and technology experts.
The new project was established with a government investment of one million shekels. The goal of the community is to create a close connection between technological entrepreneurs and stakeholders in Israel's tourism and hotel industry, in order to develop innovative digital solutions that will improve the traveler experience.
During the launch conference, participants discussed the challenges facing the local tourism industry and the ways in which new technologies can help address them. The president of the Israel Hotel Association emphasized the importance of integrating innovation with the traditional service provided to guests in hotels.
The establishment of the community represents a significant step in strengthening the bond between the world of technology and the tourism industry, which has been impacted in recent years. The initiators hope that the new platform will encourage economic growth and turn Israel into a global hub for advanced tourism technologies.
