Renault introduces new upgrades for the electric 5 E-Tech model
The French automotive company Renault has announced a series of updates for its popular electric 5 E-Tech model. The improvements are designed to make the driving experience and the use of the vehicle more convenient and efficient for drivers.
One of the key changes concerns the wireless charging system inside the vehicle. Renault has installed an upgraded charging pad that includes a magnetic base, allowing for faster and more stable charging of mobile devices. According to the company's data, the new system is capable of charging a phone battery up to 50% in just one hour.
In addition, the vehicle has received an update to its drive management system. The familiar drive mode selector, previously known as MySense, has been replaced by a new "smart" selector. The new system is capable of automatically adjusting the vehicle's operating characteristics based on road conditions and the driver's driving style, thereby improving performance and energy efficiency.
These updates come as part of the effort by automakers to continue improving existing electric models on the market. Renault hopes that the technological improvements will attract a wider customer base looking for an advanced, comfortable, and high-tech electric vehicle for daily use.
